1/2 cup (120 ml) honey
1/3 cup (80 ml) canola oil (or vegetable, safflower)
1/2 cup warm coffee or tea (mix 1/2 cup hot water with 1 teaspoon instant coffee or 1 tea bag)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup (25g) sliced almonds, pecans or walnuts, optional
